Brooke Belden

Brings nearly 20 years of experience in the restaurant and bar industry, with a career rooted in genuine hospitality and exceptional service. She has been a part of Empress Tavern since its reopening at the beginning of 2023, where her leadership and creativity continue to shape the bar program.

Brooke’s love for hospitality began in 2006 while working as a barista in high school and has grown through years of serving and bartending, from Georgia to her current home in Sacramento. Her passion for customer service, paired with a strong talent for crafting specialty cocktails, led her to the role of Bar Manager at Empress Tavern. She takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences in this beautiful space, one thoughtfully made drink at a time.
